Have ICX7150. Lost power and lost connection. Reviewed others with same problems. I've tried resetting, tried putty, tried updating ICX, no luck. Now flashing amber all across the board. This is the third time this had happened with the device. Each time I've been able to call and someone has walked me thru steps to fix, but never offered permanent solution. My neighbor was sent a new switch overnight when he reported the problem This is my third time wiht the same problem. Must be device. Help please. Thank you

Apologies for the inconvenience. However, there are no missing links in the guides, and everything is explained step-by-step with correct screenshots and size. And we need to enter the same exact IP addresses as explained in the software recovery guide.
And we apologize, we cannot replace the Switch without trying troubleshooting steps.
Please help us with a picture showing the cable connections between the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the laptop/PC.
Please follow the software recovery guide step-by-step and let me know with a screenshot at what step you are stuck to assist you in proceeding further.
