When I download the upgrade, nothing downloads its just a notebook document.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

Thank you for the response.
From the response shared, I understand that you were trying to upgrade the unleashed AP to the recommended version.
Also, I could see that you have been asked to use the preload image during the Upgrade process.
I request you to please upgrade each member APs separately to the recommended version to complete the upgrade process.
