I have Downloaded the upgraded software and it doesn't download anything

When I download the upgrade, nothing downloads its just a notebook document.

Hello @Nikkilee ,

Thank you for the response.

I understand that you are unable to download the firmware version to upgrade the  AP version.

Please use the online upgrade option while upgrading the Accesspoints.

Through the Online upgrade method, the Access Point downloads and installs the update directly from RUCKUS servers.

I would request you to please  upgrade the Unleashed on a Laptop web browser using Mozilla FireFox web browser.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

I used Firefox and the download as you see in the picture is just a document nothing is downloading
