I am getting this error message

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

As you see 'boot>' prompt (refer to the below screenshot), could you please try to execute 'setenv' commands with other configurations as described in the Software Recovery guide?

Thank you for your prompt response and the update.

Could you kindly provide details on the error message you encounter when attempting to execute the 'setenv' commands? please share a screenshot of the error for further clarity.

Additionally, could you please send an image showing the Software Recovery cable connections between your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the laptop?

the white cable is the file transfer cable and the black is the console cable
