The power went out and reset my network switch. I was attempting to troubleshoot and changed the IP address of my network switch to an IP address that belonged to my router. I am unable to change it now no matter how many times that I power cycle my switch. I know what IP address it should have based on my router, but I am unable to fix it. I need help. I have been working this all day.

When you mention the mobile application, are you referring to the Unleashed Mobile App?
Also, have you attempted to access the switch via console connection? If not, please refer to the article shared in the previous post for step-by-step guidance.

Yes. I own a Lennar home.
That is correct. I use the Rukus Unleashed app for my general awareness.
I can access the switch via console connection. I was in there yesterday, but am unsure of the exact steps to fix my mistake.

Hi, via console cable you can access it and reconfigure it. Or create an IP address in an another virtual interface, attach that VLAN to another port, get connected to that port and reconfigure the original IP.
