How to setup existing WAPs?

I recently bought a Lennar home built in 2019 with a Ruckus switch and 3 WAPs. I installed my own router. All WAPs are installed and have a green power light, but it appears that only 1 is working (has a green control light and a green 2.4G light). How can I get the other 2 WAPs working, as WiFi is an issue in certain parts of the house that are far from the router.
