How to replace my ICX 7150 under warranty

Hello,

My ICX 7150 is completely bricked. After a power outage, it stopped working. When looking into the software, primary and secondary images were corrupted and its stuck on boot. Failed to load any image from TFTP. 

Talking with a few other users, it seems that maybe a software glitch that is eligible under the lifetime warranty. I just dont know who to call or how to get it resolved?

Hello 

Hope you are doing well. 

If the unit is stuck in boot mode you will have to perform a software recovery
