How to get 1000 mbs Speed out of Ruckus AP R320.

My R320 APs constantly gives only 250-300mbs speed whereas I checked the ethernet connnect to it gives 1000mbs.

I have three of these R320 installed and all would give lesser speed. My modem will also give speed of 950mbs.

I can't either login to Unleash app on my Iphone.

Please advise.

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

I have downloaded the MobaXterm app. I know the IP of the switch is 192.168.0.105
