How can i get 1GB download speed

I have ATT Fiber 1GB speed package. and connecting it to the ruckus equipment only gives  300MBPs.  can you help?

my sw version is: 08.0.90jT211 which is newer than the tutorial

i don't have a pc with ethernet port, however; when i connected to my ISPs wifi and not my ruckus wifi, i also get the same download/upload speeds, so i think i need to talk to my ISP

yes, it's related to ISP speeds, nothing to do with ruckus equipment. thx for the support
