Our Ruckus box has a high pitched ringing that registers very high frequency frequencies

Greetings!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please confirm if the device which has issue is RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch (Refer to the screenshot below)? Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Greetings!

Thank you for your response and for sharing the image.

Based on the LED status, the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch appears to be operating normally.

However, I recommend performing a physical factory reset of the switch by following the steps outlined in the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below:

Additionally, from the image you shared, it appears that the yellow Ethernet cable from the ISP router may be connected to an incorrect port on the switch (please refer to the screenshot). It should be connected to one of the ports in the 1–12 range. Kindly reconnect the cable to the appropriate port.
