High frequency ringing from ruckus

Our Ruckus box has a high pitched ringing that registers very high frequency frequencies

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Could you please confirm what RUCKUS device has this ringing (RUCKUS Switch or ceiling Access Points)?, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

3. How many access points are currently connected to the switch? Please describe the status of the lights on the access points. Similarly, include a photo showing the access points' light status.

Please log into your RUCKUS Account before uploading these photos/screenshots.

I keep uploading photos and replying but get no response.

Thank you for your response. 
1. No power outages occurred.

2. The big switch box and the living area access port have high frequency ringing. The noise is awful!

3. We have two access points on ceiling.

4. Some time there are no lights on access ports. You will see in photos from this morning there were no lights, but right now there is. 
5. I have a photo of the high frequency being emitted from the r Ruckus systems. 
6. The big box has Amber and green lights 

7. I think my serial number is FEK3831R13H

please help!
