I recently changed my ISP to ATT and ever since I’m getting these Heartbeat loss alerts every 12 hours or so. I was asked to create my own thread to address my issue. Can you please help me get this resolved?
Ok, passthough disabled. Couple of things I noticed after reboot on the web unleashed First screenshot while rebooting router, second screenshot is what's showing now after every thing is back up.
I may have replied too soon. Switch looks connected in web app and iphone app. Seems to be corrected, right? Was a simple passthough setting. Why did you want me to go through the other complicated steps earlier?
Hi, everything seems to be working and showing in the unleashed apps with switch showing and access points connected without heartbeat loss. Thank you!
The only thing I’m missing now is the alerts in my iPhone unleashed app. My original set up with admin/Lennar had a little bell where I can access alerts. Now, it’s not there and shown circled in red in the attached photo. Can you please advise?
