Heartbeat loss

I recently changed my ISP to ATT and ever since I’m getting these Heartbeat loss alerts every 12 hours or so. I was asked to create my own thread to address my issue. Can you please help me get this resolved?

Hi @Rolo106 

As I have already mentioned in the previous post to avoid the interference between 2.4 and 5GHz we suggest you to create new SSID with 5GHz .If you want to use the previous SSID you can just change it to 5GHz .

Please follow the above steps and check whether you are getting heartbeat loss notification or not.

Please let us know how many AP's are connected to the switch.

Also please let us know whether you have facing heartbeat loss issue in that particular AP(2.4 GHz)?

I have 2 APS connected to the switch. How do I tell where the heartbeat issue is? You cant see it in my photo that shows the heartbeat loss?

Hi @Rolo106 

Please create a new SSID with 5GHz in the AP where you are facing the issue. If you want to use both the SSID's then please change it to 5 GHz.
