Hello,
I am getting constant “hearbeat loss” messages through the unleashed app. When this happens, I am disconnected from internet activity that needs a stable connection.
I have tried unplugging/plugging back all cables and this issue persists. This is frustrating as I have no issues when connecting to the ATT modem, but the ruckus APs and switch are disconnecting me from the activity I am unsuccessfully trying to carry out.
How can I stop the issue from happening?
