Having Issue to be Connected to the Original Wifi with the PW given

Been in this house for 2 years and haven't tried to connect to Ruckus. Switched to a different internet provider and I was wondering about giving it a try.

Connected the yellow cable to the Ruckus hub/splitter in the cable box. Everything shows green light. And the 2 AP blue cables are also plugged in as well. 

When I tried to connect to Wifi, on any of my devices, keeps on showing 'connecting', at the end they all failed to connect.

Let me add some common set-ups for Lennar homes, take into consideration that what you need to connect from your ISP to the Switch must be a router or gateway (not a regular modem) since the Switch is just a switch and the ruckus Access Points are access points, so they rely on your ISP router to get the IP addresses and also to take care of the routing.
