Spoke with a representative 10 days ago (Chris Duffield) who initiated an RMA for a 7150 switch. I've had no communication since, and have not received the new switch. Attempting to determine the status. Just opened a new case (01404705), but response instructed me to post in this forum.

I understand that this process can be frustrating; however, we require that you perform the software recovery, if this last step does not work, we can proceed with the RMA.

I have resolved the situation by purchasing a new Netgear switch. It took 5 minutes to connect, and my network and APs are up and running again. Unfortunately I have to discard the Ruckus switch. I'm not certain if Lennar is still using this equipment in their homes, but it seems there are more reliable and consumer-friendly products to choose from.
