Getting "Web authentication is already done"

I have an ICX7150. I upgraded to FW Version:09.0.10dT211 . ICX7150 Web interface stopped working, simply I get a message saying "Web authentication is already done" and nothing else 

I tried to disable the web-management and enable it again but no luck

Please try using the another web browser to see whether you are facing the same issue or not.

Also please share the output for the following commands.

show log

show chassis

show run

show cpu

Show interface | i line | utilization
