As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in reconvering the RUCKUS password.
Could you please let me know if you tried using the credentials provided on the Networking Device holding cabin? (Please refer to the below screenshot)
You could also try with the default credentials provided in the below guide:
Admin usernames and passwords for the Ruckus Wi-Fi Access Points/Switch for Lennar home users
