Could you try with the gateway IP in the same subnet - 192.168.0.254

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch isn’t working which is stuck in boot mode and you are trying software recovery.

Please enter the exact IP Address as mentioned in the software recovery guide and try once again. (Please refer to the below screenshot for the same)

After performing the software recovery process successfully, the Switch lights must turn GREEN. Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
