Factory Rest, No "Configure Me" option

I purchased a previously owned LENNAR home.  I have the Ruckus R510.  I have done the factory reset and want to now set this up.  I do not get an option of the "Configure Me" Wifi.  I do get a "Ruckus Unleashed" Wifi, but it does not work when I try to connect to it. 

Can you help me get this set up in my home?

For detailed understanding of the issue please let us know the below information.

1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. 

2.Please let us know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Also please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on.
