Factory Rest, No "Configure Me" option

I purchased a previously owned LENNAR home.  I have the Ruckus R510.  I have done the factory reset and want to now set this up.  I do not get an option of the "Configure Me" Wifi.  I do get a "Ruckus Unleashed" Wifi, but it does not work when I try to connect to it. 

Can you help me get this set up in my home?
