Extender off

I just moved into a Lennar community Timber Creek.  Previous owner must have unplugged Ruckus device.  I have internet but extender is off.  I tried resetting the extender, which is on the ceiling and I can't remove.  Also plugged in the Ruckus modem but all lights are amber; no green lights.  How do I get the extender back on??

There is no way I can do this.  These are supposed to have a lifetime warranty so can't you just send me one that works or have somebody fix this one.  You expect a 73 yr old to be able to perform this type of function.  Totally ridiculous.  Ruckus should stand behind their product and service.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode and you tried hard resetting and Software Recovery. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
