Even after reset, Couldn't able to login to Switch console

First, I couldn't able to login with default credentials and started to reset the switch using CLI. followed all the steps mentioned to reset the console. In the OS entered the below commands

OS>reset

ICX7150-Boot>no password

ICX7150-Boot>boot

After that below is the log stuck at "TFTP session timed out"

Exit the console and open the console asked the credentials again. Tried to enter the default credentials but didn't work.

When I tried to upgrade using second option using tftp server, I'm getting the below error for the first command.

Invalid input -> bootrom

Thanks for your update,

Based on the information, you have shared it seems like the code 08090 has UFI code which has both the boot monitor and the SW code. So please try to upgrade the switch, from the code you are to 08090k and then the recommended code 08095g UFI.
