Similar posts to this error ("You are not connected to Unleached network. Go to settings") did not solve my issue. Hence, reposting. The error is received from my iPhone 16 (IOS version 18.5). When I go to settings, as instructed, there's no option to get me to the Ruckus wireless.
I also cannot even reach the Master AP at https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/
...as suggested by an earlier post to see AP versions.
