Device will not connect to aps after power outage

My power went out and since then I have not been able to get my WiFi to work. In the past I have been able to reset the switch (annoyingly you have to do it like 25 times) well this time this isn’t working and I have had no WiFi for over a month. I have a lennar home so unfortunately this company doesn’t except calls for my issues. I have no idea what to do

Also, please note that the Software Recovery process does not require an active internet connection. You only need internet access to download the required recovery files beforehand.

Kindly share the completed details again via private chat at your earliest convenience.

Yes so that was my question. How am I supposed to download anything without WiFi.
And I responded twice. Unfortunately I am on a cell phone as I don’t have internet to use another device and it’s impossible to respond in the specific format you requested. All the information is there and in order. Thanks
