I previously was in contact with rocket support since October 2022. I was told that my hardware was corrupted and that they would send me a replacement. I never got it and when I try to follow up they referred me to this community page please help.

1-Which of the Ruckus devices installed in your home is not working?
2-What steps did you or technical support take to realize it was a faulty hardware issue?

Hello, thank you for replying to me. The top one that goes in my laundry room. He had me log into my desktop and then remote it in to check whatever they check. And said that there was a bug the device was corrupted and the only way to resolve would be to send a

Please identify the devices correctly ICX-7150 C12 and Access Point as the picture attached on my pervious post.
1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
