Copying Logs files, Cores files, to USB drive

Hello,

I am getting ready to perform a factory reset on my ICX 7150-CP.  I have backed up the config files via the USB quick process (holding status button for 10 seconds).  I have verified the files were copied to the USB.  The files that did not transfer are the Logs files, cores files, and Support files.

I am accessing through the CLI.  I want to copy all existing files in the above folders.  I can use the "show files ./logs" command line and I can see the corresponding files:

ICX7150-C12 Switch(config)#show files ./logs
F 117 tpm_infra_init.log
F 15575 bootmsg
F 1888 script.log
F 117 tpm_infra_init.log.old

I have made several attempts to copy these files to the USB with no success:

ICX7150-C12 Switch(config)#copy flash disk0 file ./logs/script.log
Invalid input -> copy flash disk0 file ./logs/script.log
Type ? for a list

HOW can I save these files to the USB?

Thanks,

John

Hello jwdietrich

Those files can not be saved on a USB, since they are internal files

So, the only way for me to copy them is to send them to an FTP server?

Run a support save command then, when completed, send the file to an FTP server?

I was going to try to just copy the entire drive image and send the same way.

Thank you for your reply.  I was hoping @Imran_Ruckus would offer a solution.  Thanks regardless.
