Hi,
I have read and followed many posts about this connectivity issue but couldn’t find anything on what I’m running into. I currently have an ICX7150-C12 with 2 R510 connected to a AT&T modem.
When I connect to the system, my internet stalls out frequently so I always connect directly to the AT&T router to avoid this issue. Many of you have posted about this and suggested that I use a Putty Application to connect to the Ruckus switch to change a certain setting.
I have done this but here is where it’s different for me. After logging in using the putty application, IP address and entering my user name and passcode, I am prompted with a “RKSCLI” and waiting my command. It also tells me that I’m in an Unleashed-managed mode. All the other posts show different including the actual name of the switch. When I attempt to enter the commands that are suggested, it doesn’t recognize it.
Any help to steer me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Bobisfa !
Great to hear that you were able to find the IP address Please check the following guide in order to fix the Routing code issue
1-Once we identified the IP address of the switch proceed to access remote to the device 'command Line'
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
If you can access to the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router>
2-Here is a quick guide to understand how to fix the 'routing code issue' but basically you need only need to run the following commands once you are on the command line 'CLI'
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
example:
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
These guides are for reference.

Or WEB access option
3-If the access via IP address is not possible here is a guide how to access to the Switch via console (cable access between your PC to the ICX 7150-C12P) in this case we need a USB type C to USB standard or Console cable Rj45 to USB.
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
Once you are log in the ICX-7150-C12P please follow up the same steps that are on point '2'

Hi @Bobisfa !
Hope you are doing well !
Seems like you are presetting the routing code issue.
To solve this problem we must identify the IP Address of the ruckus switch I will leave you a few steps via at&t or using some apps.
Since you have an AT&T Router is easy to identify the Ruckus-Switch most of the times is on the device list on the AT&T router.
So in order to go to the AT&T device list you need to write on the URL of the web browser the following IP address : 192.168.1.254
It should redirect you to a similar page like the following :
There should be an option that says "Device List" or if you scroll down the device list should show up as a similar device called Switch-Router -Ruckus-Router
Also we have another option in order to find the Ruckus switch please follow the next guide:
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications
Please let me know if you are able to get the IP address of the switch in order to proceed with the next steps
Best Regards

Hello,
Got it! The reason why I couldn’t find the Switch IP address was because I was connected to the Ruckus or “lennar” WI-FI and not the AT&T. Once I switched over directly to AT&T, modem, was able to find the Ruckus Swith Router IP address.
