Configuring using laptop through cat5e cable

Hello Rukus Team,

This is Victor, we just purchased lennar home from a friend last month. Trying to configure rukus 7150 using laptop via cat5e ethernet.
Connected laptop to cat5e and rukus 7150 to one of 12 ports. Then tried finding wifi signal for configure me, but never comes up. Tried searching 192.168.0.1 or 0.22 for configure me page, but no page opens. Can you please help me what am I doing wrong?

Do i need to press reset for 30 seconds then configure me page would come up? Objective is to reset the access point names and password using laptop and cat5e cable to rukus.

Hello Imran, Thanks for your reply back.

That is Correct, need assistance in setting up RUCKUS devices in recently moved Lennar Homes, Please.

1) Lights that are ON on RUCKUS 7150 are : STAT, SYST, PWR. Photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch port is being attached to this reply. 

2) Internet connection from ISP is stable and functioning properly. 

3) Attaching a photo showing the access Points' light status. 

Also, i wanted to know if there is a faster way of service availble for this RUCKUS setup other than online forum. Please let me know.

Thank you for your response and for sharing the information.

Based on the light status of the RUCKUS Switch and Access Points, everything appears to be in a normal state.

I recommend following the steps in the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below to factory reset your Access Points and set up a new RUCKUS Wi-Fi network:
