Good evening,
I've been having issues upgrading firmware on my ICX 7150 c12p switch for quite some time and gave up for a few months. Today I decided to give it another try and made a little progress. I feel I have come to the end of the road as I believe the hardware is the issue. No matter how I try to update I get this error "ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy disk0 flash SPS08095hufi.bin secondary
flash_fcreat: Failed to create file tempufi
ERROR ....
ICX7150-C12 Switch#copy disk0 flash SPS08095hufi.bin primary
flash_fcreat: Failed to create file tempufi
ERROR ...."
Any help would be great!.......or a replacement switch.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please now check 'show flash' command out put and check if it has 08095g on it's primary partition.
If yes, please perform below commands once again and check if that works.
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes

When I do show flash nothing is changed. Still says 8080f.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not getting upgraded, tried multiple ways. However, the failure persists. Seems the Switch has kernal corrupt image. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
