Boot folder missing in ICX 7150 Campus switch firmware download

Following online documentation, I downloaded the latest firmware for my ICX 7150 Campus switch.  There is no boot subfolder present as indicated in the online instructions.  It seems none of the latest versions for ICX 7150 have a boot folder.  Can someone please provide updated instructions?
