Has anyone else had any issues with the Wi-Fi going out the SAME time every night for months (around 3:30am)?? It’s very problematic, I work nights from home. We had our service provider come out a few times and they said that the ruckus was installed improperly and the orange cable from our Wi-Fi box that connects to the ruckus is apparently in the wrong port but there is no way for them to flip it?

Hi @Kmrr123456789

The connection between your ISP router and the Ruckus ICX 7150 Switch can be in any of the yellow ports I will provide, now that the connection is dropping every 24 hours at the same time can be a DHCP issue, this is the protocol from your ISP router that provide the IP address for each device connected including the Access Points and by device connected to it, so please provide the logs, so we can see that disconnection ever morning and provide the troubleshooting steps.
