Hi @cgarcia

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Software Recovery cannot be performed via USB drive at this point.

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is currently stuck in boot mode. You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting with a paper clip and performing a Software Recovery. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.

Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.

Feel free to contact us via chat. Copy and share the link from the post (URL), and paste it into the chat when prompted to start the unit replacement.

Please follow the steps as shown in the example below:

Hello!

I am having the same issue. I have tried a hard reset 30-40 times. I have attempted a software reset. Whenever I try to update_primary or _update secondary it times out. I try to go through and reboot and get the bad kernel image.

I was in the same boat and finally got Ruckus support to do an RMA with me. My support came from Lennar homes chat support only. Please follow the instructions Ruckus support provide and upload screenshots or whatever they need before they can help get an RMA for you.

Given these circumstances, the switch will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.

Thank you!
