Had a power surge and Ap went down. Did a power cycle and a factory reset and that did not do anything. Even tried to console in and recover software, but could not get that to work. Just need to RMA the device and get a new one set up. Any recommendations on fixing the issue if a power surge happens?

Thank you for the details provided. Based on your troubleshooting you have done, since
the device is no longer responding, this unit must be RMA (return merchandise authorization) means replace it.
