Android Unleashed app update

Alleprt
New Contributor II

The Android app has not been updated since the release of Unleashed 200.19. After updating to 200.19, when I click any Wi-Fi network, the app drops to the login screen, and I have to log in again. And the process repeats. I cannot control networks with it now. Can you please fix it?

Hi @DaJoJo,

Do you have access to the Master AP CLI using Putty ? If yes, check with below command and see if the SSID is listed there.

ruckus> enable
ruckus# show wlan all

it's there.. but not 'live'

also not in the network 'group's

i remember the AP group settings also had issues to add a new AP to the group. I ended up doing it in the web-interface.

wlan1 and wlan 33 raymond is the one i made in web-interface and called room1 now. This is used for guests and it works as i just change the name of it. The blablatest isn't registered it seems, nor any other wifi network i added through the app.

another thing.. I enlisted for the app beta again. login still works but it asked for update of the app again while there is no update available on Google play store. adding wifi network same problem of not registering properly.
