Hi all my name is Mario Saia. Im having an issue with my ICX7150 switch tried the reset button about 40 times. Tried doing the software recovery but I've been unsuccessful. At this point I wish I could just receive a RMA number in order to have this issue rectified. All your assistance has been really appreciated. Thank you all
