Hello, all lights on my Ruckus ICX 7150 are blinking after performing the following steps over 20 times:
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

Hello Pinky, I will try to get to these steps today. Due to having no internet I'm having to travel to office for work and have not had time to troubleshooot.

Hello Pinky,
I am not able to find the COM number for the connection. It does not look like my computer is picking up the device when plugged into the USB. Please advise.
