After power outage

I have a ICX 7150 and after a power outage the the green pwr button is illuminated and the amber System one. I tried the hard reset and it just blinks amber for an hour if I let it. Any advice?

Once I have some time to get the computer back and do the reset I will let you know. Just keep this open in case I need some assistance. I do not have a ton of time to put into this right now
