Acess Points (r510) throttled slow wifi speed

I am having throttle issues, meaning my speed from the wireless access points are very slow compared to ethernet connection.

Frontier/Ziply ISP modem/router - 600mbps download / 500mpbs upload (Ethernet Test)

Ruckus ICX7150 switch - 600mps download / 500mpbs upload (Ethernet Test)

Ruckus Access Points R510 - 28mbps download / 20mbps upload

Diagnostics tried already

  1. Power cycle modem/switch
  2. Reboot switch
  3. Reboot access point master
  4. Update firmware on switch and access points


  • Wireless test on multiple devices with same slow speed above
  • Switch says disconnected on unleashed app or IP address once logged in
  • All green solid lights on switch
  • All green solid lights on APs
  • 48 clients connected to APs
  • Slow wifi speed

As per the case description, I understand that you are facing slow speed issues 

I would request you to please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)


Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of cable connections to the Switch ports.
