My access point won't turn on after a power outage both system lights are showing green not Amber so don't do the reset not sure what to do here

Apologies, you can check with technicians like Best Buy Geek, etc.,
However, you can plug the ethernet cable into any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot.
Also, could you please perform an IP Scan follow the process, and help me with the command output shared previously, to assist you in getting this issue resolved as early as possible?
