Please call at the earliest on +1-925-999-0401 we are without internet, all access points stopped working all of a sudden, looks like some issue with the hardware or firmware or some SW glitch not sure. Need immediate help!!!

Thank you for the response.
From the response shared, I understand that you have followed the steps online and still stuck in boot mode.
May I please know if you have performed reset on Switch multiple times and if the reset still doesn’t work, could you please mention the point where you are getting stuck during Software recovery.. If you could share screenshot, we could look into the matter and assist you accordingly.

Please send me the replacement on priority, it have taken way too much time for a human to continue discussing on text/messaging. Hope you guys understand the frustration I am going through to connect and reply to you even is a pain for me.
