Access Points stopped working

Please call at the earliest on +1-925-999-0401 we are without internet, all access points stopped working all of a sudden, looks like some issue with the hardware or firmware or some SW glitch not sure. Need immediate help!!!

Uploaded the Photographs again, can you please provide the solution at the earliest. Its been 6 days without internet at home

Thank you for the response.

Could you please confirm the name of your Google account from which the photos were posted?

Could you please confirm if the Switch is turning on or is it having Amber light on SYS and Green light on PWR?

It is having Amber light on SYS (This also flashes Green every few minutes) and Green light on PWR

Hope this helps, please give me the resolution or call me if we need to work on the system. This messaging is creating a huge delay. Please HELP!!!

Thank you for the response.

From the response shared, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.
