I did the full factory reset. Configured my AP. Set up my unleashed app. Unleashed WiFi is connected but will not let me log into app . I saw forum to log in from desk top was able to get in putting IP address in url under admin username and admin password. on desktop. It will still not let me log into the app , stating I am not on the unleashed wifi but it says I’m connected . I still can manage my networks

I noticed on the dashboard that your Unleashed system is still running an older version.
Please review and confirm the current using the screenshot below.

Ok so when I am updating the software it will not update per the instructions through firefox

Please share a screenshot of the error you see while trying to upgrade using FireFox web browser.
