AP's not working after internet outage

We had an outage with our isp and following restoration our internet still wasn't working so I reset all equipment. Upon restarting the only device that has internet working is my desktop which is wired to the switch. I've factory restored the router and verified all the dhcp settings align with the ruckus equipment. I've reset the the AP's to factory settings, I just did the control one. And I've also updated the firmware on the access points. I'm able to see the clients in the unleashed dashboard and if I select a client click troubleshoot and then start, the internet will work on that device for 10~ seconds during the test.

Also notably the dashboard does not list the ICX and when conducting a network scan I'm unable to find its address. As a result I also factory reset the switch according to the guidelines and video provided.

IP scanner only lists the two AP's, my desktop, my laptop, and my router, a ubiquiti edge x.

Hello @dyou6376 ,
Greetings!

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.

I hope you are doing well!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that you are facing issues with your APs after the power outage.

Before we can help, we need to check which version the Switch is  currently running.

Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,

  1. To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P

I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.

How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-find-the-IP-Address-o...

      2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-access-the-Command-Li...

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command

enable

show version

show flash

Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I'm unable to see the switch in the ip search tool. I do see a lease in the router but it isn't able to be pinged.

I have minimal devices connected for simplicity. All that the ip scan shows is the router, two ap's, and desktop.
