Hi @Dylannn23

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not working, and when the Access Points are plugged they are getting power for some time and goes back offline. It's an indication of Switch PoE port issues.  This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL), and paste it into the chat to start the unit replacement.

Please follow the steps as shown in the below example:

Hi @Dylannn23

Thank you for your response.

If the Access Points still do not power on, please proceed with a hard reset of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch as outlined in my previous message.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Thank you once again for your patience.

Hello. After performing a factory reset and logging back into the switch, the issue is still not resolved. When I plugged the switch back in during the factory reset, the AP worked and the lights displayed for around half of the day, then disappeared again. Anytime I unplug the switch then plug it back in, the AP will display lights for a very limited time. The status lights on the switch are still the same
