I just purchased this home in May 2023. I had no idea this device was already installed in my home. My neighbor told me. None of the equipment is working. I look at the main device and it's missing the AC adapter. Any advice on how to obtain another one?

Thank you for the response and the update.
Please note you must unplug all the APs only keeping ONE AP connected to the Switch, and perform a factory reset on the same with all the configuration and this AP will act as a Master AP. Once it is done, you must connect the Unplugged APs back to the Switch, and the Master AP on which you performed a factory reset will transfer the configuration to all the APs.
There is NO need of performing factory reset on ALL the access points.
