7150-C12P system status amber, unable to resolve

I have a Lennar provided 7150-c12p with 3 510s. After a prolonged power outage, the switch stays in amber system status when rebooting and no PoE to APs. How do I resolve this issue and get this switch to load correctly for use? Manual says nothing. Home Config is Internet fiber -> router -> ruckus switch and APs.  Thanks.
