I've tried to reset many ties, unplugged. Sometimes the lights for the 5g and 2.4g come on as orange but eventually they disappear and turn black. what else can I try? firmware is up to date

Hi, I choose to use the USB option to update. I downloaded all the files onto a USB and inserted it into the switch. I was able to install the the 2 previous files and then upgrade to the current version. After step G.2 (https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Upgrade-a-RUCKUS-ICX-...), the 'terminal' on my MAC would not let me 'log back into' the switch. This is where I'm stuck. I'm trying to proceed with step G.3 to show the latest version upgraded (which should be 08.0.95g), but I can no longer get the Terminal to to log into the switch correctly as I had been doing with the command "nc 192.168.1.250 23" as referenced in the instructions here (https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-access-the-Command-Li...).
Could the IP address have changed during the upgrade so the command "nc 192.168.1.250 23" no longer works? Should I use a different number instead of "23" at the end?
Here is an image of me trying to log back into the switch using CLI but it's not doing anything. I have been successful with it so far but for some reason it's not showing the "????telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch>" command anymore for me to continue. I even tried the other "ssh" option but that doesn't work either.
any suggestions to help log into the Terminal CLI so I can continue with the instructions to update the software?

Hi @bb12
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
If you are unable to access CLI, please perform IP Scan once again try to access the Switch IP address in a web browser.
You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.

Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding
Best regards,

The IP address of the switch has not changed. The switch is the same IP, and one of the AP is the same IP, but 1 of the AP did switch IP addresses.
Since the IP of the switch did not change, I would think that the commands I've been entering into the terminal should still work, but they are not. any other suggestions?

yes, here you go. It seems the version updated, but I can not progress to the next step H to synchronize the partitions.
