APs not getting any power. 7150 has two green solid lights

Everything was working fine today until suddenly we stopped getting wifi. All our access points are off (no LEDs and getting cold). Nothing disconnected.

I check our 7150 C12P and it seems to be working. Two green solid lights but only two orange in the set of 12 ports. Resetting the 7150 (unplugged and held down the reset button after turning back on) multiple times doesn't seem to help. Do I have to get a new 7150 or is this fixable?

I updated the firmware to 08.0.80f and I now get this:

PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power.

The power supply seems to be fried, which is likely why it suddenly stopped providing power to the APs. How can we get these replaced? Is there a warranty? We've been at our home since 2018.

For the other things, I'll have to get back to you in a couple days. Before the firmware update, I tried changing the power allocations, but that didn't work.

Trying to plan ahead to minimize down time, but is it likely that I'll have to get the switch replaced?
