Ceiling acsess points have no lights showing

Hello,

 My Rukus main system lights are all green. So both of my lights are green, but my ceiling box has no lights showing. If I reset the system it will boot up and I will be able to connect to the internet for about 30 seconds than the box on the ceiling will just turn off. Any suggestions?

Could you please provide more details or confirm if you can access the switch and AP for additional details?

1. Confirm the switch and AP model
2. Confirm the software version running on them.
3. A picture of the setup may help us here.
